My daughter took me to Asterisk for Mother’s Day; she had been before and enjoyed it so much she wanted to share it with me. It was a crowded afternoon, because of the holiday, but that did not matter because the ambience is beautiful and charming and sipping tea while chatting made any wait worth it. The food is amazing and Megan was truly a delight to speak with. Now, I’m dreaming of their jalapeno popper grilled cheese sandwiches.

First time visiting Asterisk and we will definitely be back! The atmosphere alone was worth it. Adorable space with such cute little details. The tea was delicious! We tried three and enjoyed each one. A nice variety of tea sandwiches to compliment. We also had the burger and chicken sandwich…yummy! Reed was our server and he definitely took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back!

If you happen to be in Westerville and you’re looking for a great place to eat, this is that place! I have been here a few times and the food has been very consistent. I have never been disappointed and I’ve always found something new that I’ve liked. They offer a variety of tea accommodations. Their tea sandwiches are delicious. The ham and brie tea sandwich is one of my favs. The short rib is really good as well. If you are a french fry person,get the fries you will not regret it. With all that being said, it is the chicken pot pie that is the most impressive. It is absolutely delicious. Lastly, you cannot go wrong with any of the scones, just order a few because they are tiny.

Asterisk is where I go for all of my big celebrations- and I make sure to introduce friends to this spot too. Their food is delicious, the drinks & desserts are one-of-a-kind, and the atmosphere is picture perfect. Basically it’s a must-experience!! I highly recommend both the pot pie and meatloaf! If it’s a weekend, I highly recommend making reservations. And for a special little treat, try their tea time sometime too.
